Insurance Update. As I’ve let everyone know, my family’s BlueCross BlueShield insurance plan that was supposed to be grandfathered under Obamacare ends on 12-31-2015. We met with our Insurance Agent November 4, 2015 and an inferior HSA qualified policy with a 400% higher deductible would cost our family nearly $30,000 (insurance+deductibles) annually out of pocket! The unaffordable care act (OBAMA CARE) caused us to lose our health care insurance. After careful consideration we are instead going to use a Christian health care sharing alternative that exempts us from the OBAMACARE tax penalties and provides catastrophic coverage for our family. We are applying to Samaritan Ministries for our solution to this OBAMACARE horror. We will not feed the dragon any more.
